Please be noted that our products have passed CE certification.

When we finished one product, we will inflate it up and use the soap water to clear it and test the air-tightness.
Each product will be kept inflated overnight to check any possible air-leakage.
In order to ensure each product out of our factory in good condition,we control the quality strictly from following aspects:

1. Prepare the raw material. In order keep the material in good condition, we purchase the raw material monthly.

2. Cut the raw material on the cutting system. We use the computerized automatic cutting system which can ensure the perfect shape of each products.

3. Weld the material into product. We have more than 5 years experience on using the morden welding machine.

4. Inflate up the finished product to test the air tightness. Each product should be kept inflated for one whole day to make sure it does not leak air.

5. Pack the qualified product. We pack each product very tightly according to export standards.
